Congratulations to Md. Monjur Hossain (MPA 2011), who was promoted as the Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh. As a connoisseur of inclusive education, especially for persons with disabilities, he joined Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC), the alma mater for many legendary civil servants of Bangladesh, as the 23rd Rector on 24 May 2021.
