工信部提出，中国将全力推进5G 网络建设、应用推广、技术发展和安全保障，充分发挥 5G 新型基础设施的规模效应和带动作用，支撑国内经济高质量发展。与此同时，中国还将创新社会治理应用模式，探索数字基建在社会管理、公共服务、教育医疗、智慧城市等领域的应用。我院专家教授将从5G、数字化治理、智慧城市等角度全面分析阐述、大数据与中国智慧城市发展这一主题。敬请期待！
In this year’s China’s report on the work of government, expansion of 5G applications is on the agenda.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that China will prioritise construction of 5G networks, promote adoption of 5G, further develop 5G technology and improve its security, so that the benefits brought by the new 5G infrastructure network will be maximised to support development of the domestic economy.
At the same time, China will also innovate social governance models, and explore the application of new digital infrastructure in society management, public services, education and medical care, and smart cities. Experts in the field and the School’s faculty will comprehensively analyse and elaborate on the topics of 5G, big data and China's smart city development by deep-diving into 5G, digital governance, and smart cities.
