Panel Discussion

Singapore’s Nonprofit Sector

The nonprofit sector in Singapore plays a crucial role in providing social services and improving lives. However, this sector is often excluded from public policy discussions. This panel will explore the sector's role within the broader context of public service delivery. Topics will include the definition of a nonprofit, funding mechanisms, the sector's complementary relationship with the state, nonprofit management, Singapore’s unique approach to developing its nonprofit sector, and more.
