Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam will deliver the Budget 2015 speech on 23 February. Parliament will subsequently discuss the budget of individual ministries during the Committee of Supply (COS) debate between 2 March and 13 March. Ahead of the COS debate, Minister for Manpower, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin will discuss the key elements and objectives of Budget 2015 in a closed-door session with IPS Corporate Associates.
