Social Development is about the need to “put people first” in development processes and look beyond just poverty reduction. It is also about promoting social inclusion and safeguards. Students interested to gain an exclusive inside perspective of what working in the field of social development, particularly safeguards is like, are invited to attend a coffee session with our MPA Alumni, Yukihiro, who is currently working in Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines. He will share what it takes to be a Social Development Specialist in the Asian Development Bank. For students to have a more meaningful conversation with our alumni, this coffee session will be limited to the first 10 LKY School students who register online. Light refreshments, coffee & tea will be provided.
