The theme for this forum is “Effective Social Programme Evaluation.” The aim of the forum is to inform participants of the possibilities of programme evaluation for social policy and programmes in Singapore. Our invited speakers will share their research findings and discuss possible gaps in programme evaluation. Beyond information sharing, a major goal of the forum is to stimulate ideas for research as well as policy and programme suggestions to assist the work of stakeholders in this area.
