Digital Inclusion and Resilience for Tomorrow’s Generation

This session focuses on inclusive banking and strategies to empower communities to safely engage with technology — a thought leadership collaboration by UOB and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the project surveyed participants in Singapore to understand their attitudes and behaviours on banking inclusivity and digital resilience. Moderated by Dr. Reuben Ng, the panellists and audience would discuss the research findings and what they mean for Singapore and the wider public. Conversation themes include trust, digital inclusion, digital resilience, and the impact on financial literacy in communities, especially among the youth.
