On April 11th, 2019, the Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG) hosted a five member delegation from the Delhi Policy Group consisting of Ambassador Hemant Krishan Singh, Ambassador Biren Nanda, Commodore Lalit Kapur (retd.), Sanjay Pulipaka from the Nehru Memorial Library, and Brigadier Arun Sahgal (retd.) for a closed door discussion. Views were exchanged focusing on regional connectivity projects and the risks and opportunities for India.
