YOUR ROLE:
You will be working with our Planning & Governance team to drive fundraising and strategy efforts that power youth-focused programmes. You'll support the development of donation and sponsorship strategies, build compelling pitch decks, and contribute to governance work.
YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Support the development of *SCAPE’s donation and sponsorship strategy, including market research and stakeholder mapping.
- Contribute to the creation of donation/sponsorship pitch decks, aligned with *SCAPE’s impact narrative and fundraising goals.
- Assist in the execution of fundraising initiatives, including tracking donor engagements, preparing communications, and managing timelines.
- Help draft and refine donation agreements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with internal governance.
- Create internal dashboards to visualise fundraising progress, partnership development, and strategic goals.
- Prepare presentation decks and reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., MCCY, Board of Directors).
- Support governance-related processes such as Board meetings, AGMs, and policy reviews.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Graduate student in Public Policy, Business, or related fields
- Strong written communication and research skills; confident in developing presentation materials and strategic documents.
- Interest in fundraising, partnerships, youth development, and non-profit strategy.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with dashboard tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI is a bonus.
