Job description (job content):

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic intern to join our Public Affairs team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Government & Public Affairs for Southeast Asia, the candidate will play a role in coordinating public affairs activities, identifying new opportunities for enhancing company visibility, and supporting cross-departmental projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public affairs and contribute to the company's positioning as an industry leader.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the company's positioning and visibility with private and public sectors by assisting in identifying and coordinating specific engagement opportunities.
  • Prepare for engagements by assisting with research, reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings with government officials and other key stakeholders.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of compelling narratives that position the company as an innovator and leader.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and presentations with stakeholders both within and outside the company.
  • Help monitor current project roadmaps and progress.
  • Collaborate with various departments on public affairs-related projects.

Profile (candidate's skills):

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Public Affairs, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in public policy and / or public relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Possessing a proactive, positive and collaborative mindset, coupled with humility and a willingness to learn.
  • Minimum of 5 months internship period.
