Seeto Wei Peng is Director, Dean’s Office at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), where she works closely with Dean and senior leadership team on key strategic priorities and institutional initiatives. She supports alignment and coordination of key priorities across School’s academic, research and administrative domains. She also oversees LKYSPP’s External Affairs function, encompassing student recruitment, alumni relations, thought leadership and strategic communications, and advancement and development, and helps coordinate the School’s Chinese programmes and related initiatives.
Wei Peng has extensive experience in higher education leadership and administration, strategic planning, governance, external engagement, and research and grant development. Prior to joining LKYSPP, she held several leadership appointments at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), including Director (Operations) at College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, with concurrent appointments at NTU Honours College, School of Humanities and School of Social Sciences. She was also founding Associate Director for planning and operations at NTU Institute of Science and Technology for Humanity. Earlier in her career, she worked at A*STAR and State Courts of Singapore.
In recognition of her contributions to public administration and education, Wei Peng was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) at Singapore’s National Day Awards in 2024.
