Tan Poh Lin Anderson is part of the Operations Team at IPS where she is a Senior Field Supervisor in the Fieldwork Department. She is responsible for fieldwork supervision and management of interviewers.
She has 18 years of experience in managing the fieldwork of media research projects.
Prior to joining IPS, Anderson served in the media, food and beverages industries where she was required to manage business operations and the staff under her.
Anderson worked as a Fieldwork Manager in a prominent commercial research company for 18 years. She managed the fieldwork operations, which included tracking of fieldwork progress, recruitment, training and supervision of interviewers, and troubleshooting of fieldwork issues.
In the food and beverages industry, Anderson held a managerial role in various organisations ranging from restaurants, cafes to hotels for 12 years. Her responsibilities in these F & B organisations ranged from cashiering management, food court stalls management, stall leasing to staff training and supervision.
