Katherine Ng is the Founder and Managing Partner of
Katashe Solutions, Asia's first Web2 and Web3 hybrid venture builder, and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. She currently sits on the Board of ACCESS Singapore, the nation's longest-standing blockchain industry association, where she advocates for financial inclusion, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem growth.
Katherine leads initiatives that bridge mainstream and decentralized technology, crafting impact solutions for digital transformation across the Asia-Pacific region. Her work encompasses collaborative venture building, strategic governance advisory, and ecosystem development. She is the co-founder of Copewell.ai, an AI-powered mental wellness agent incubated by Katashe Solutions.
Prior to founding Katashe Solutions, Katherine held the position of Managing Director at TZ APAC, where she spearheaded blockchain adoption for the Tezos ecosystem. Her extensive commercial leadership experience includes roles as Global Marketing Head at Liquid.com, and senior commercial director positions at Grab, Sephora (Luxola), and AirAsia. She holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Melbourne. Katherine is a recognized voice in technology governance, having received the GSMA Women in Digital Leadership Award in 2025 and the SG100WIT award in 2023.
