Ong Si Ling leads the Central Administration team at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), overseeing general administration, finance and events. She previously led the IPS Events team, organising a wide range of local and international conferences and programmes. With extensive experience in operations and event management, she has overseen both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Merit) in Biological Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
