Adjunct Senior Research Fellow

Dr Chew Han Ei is Associate Director (Impact) at the Singapore Management University, and Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS). His work focuses on digital trust, online harms, AI literacy, and the governance of emerging technologies, with an emphasis on rigorous, policy-relevant quantitative research. He has led multiple large-scale research projects and contributes actively to public and policy conversations on technology, society, and governance.
