Suzanne Chang is a Senior Lecturer at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS. Suzanne earned her Ph.D. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business in 2019. She also holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University. Prior to joining NUS, Suzanne was an Assistant Professor at Tulane University's Freeman School of Business. Suzanne's research interests are in the areas of household finance and government regulation. Her work was recently recognised with the Best Paper Award at the 2023 Sydney Banking and Financial Stability Conference. She also has previous policy experience working at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C.
