CAG welcomes Mr Shivshankar Menon for roundtable discussion

On 23 November 2017, CAG welcomed former Indian Foreign Secretary and National Security Advisor Mr Shivshankar Menon for an informal roundtable discussion. Mr Menon is currently a Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), NUS. During the roundtable, Mr Menon shared his perspectives on China-India relations as well as Asian geopolitics. On a personal note, Mr Menon discussed his family’s involvement with China stretching back some 70 years. Mr Menon spent 12 years in China as a diplomat. He is the author of Choices: Inside the Making of India’s Foreign Policy (Washington, DC: Brookings, 2016).
