World in Transition: Singapore's Future collects the three IPS-Nathan Lectures that Professor Chan delivered from June to July 2020, and includes highlights of her dialogue with the audience. The Guest of Honour is Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister-in-charge of the Smart Nation Initiative.
