Foresight and futures thinking play a large part in the Government’s policy-planning. In line with this, the role of the Strategy Group in the Prime Minister’s Office is to identify whole-of-government priorities and medium- to long-term issues, translating them into policy action plans for the benefit of the nation. Just as importantly, the Group aims to strengthen strategic alignment across the Government, especially as a growing number of issues cut across various government agencies, and optimisation across boundaries and trade-offs need to be made.
Join Mr Leo Yip, Permanent Secretary (Strategy) in the Prime Minister’s Office, in a discussion on the development and implementation of the Government’s strategic priorities.
