The Research Assistant will be a member of the IWP research team, working under the Directors and Research Fellows to help deliver IWP’s research programme on water policy and governance. The RA will work on policy-relevant research projects relating to IWP’s core research theme of urban water security in addition to providing support in project and grant management, stakeholder liaison and outreach for IWP. Candidates should have a background in economics, political science or environmental studies and have an interest in the policy and governance aspects of water. All candidates should have a strong willingness to learn about new topics and tools. Applicants with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods will be given preference. Excellent written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Asian languages would be an advantage.
