The job scope includes:
- Photography & Videography: Carry out photography, videography, and editing for IPS events, create engaging social media posts and content.
- Assist IPS Public Affairs team in managing and updating the IPS website, RRIC microsite, and IPS Commons website, including back-ups and overall maintenance of the websites
- Support the production of IPS multimedia products, publications, and collaterals
- Support the maintenance and running of IPS social media accounts
- Provide administrative support for IPS events
- Identify, develop and test new channels of public communications
- Track and analyse results to identify opportunities and enhance performance, which includes the maintenance and retrieval of google analytic accounts for our various websites
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Applicants must:
- One to two years of experience in videography, content creation, or media production (portfolio required).
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferably majoring in mass communication/visual communication/ film, visual arts, media studies or related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop/After Effects
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with relevant tools like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media trends and ad creatives is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
- Possess at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- A good team player who is self-motivated and well-organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
