The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) in the National University of Singapore is seeking an experience Manager for a one-year contract to lead the end-to-end redevelopment of IPS's new corporate website. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of the project - from requirements scoping and vendor procurement through UX design, technical build, content migration, UAT, launch, and post-launch optimisation. 

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and NUS IT, and will play a key role in strengthening the Institute’s long-term digital capabilities as it transitions to standalone operations.

The role will be responsible for assisting the Field Manager in executing fieldwork duties for research projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of interviewers, ensuring high-quality and timely data collection via face-to-face/door-to-door and computer-assisted telephone interviews, using structured questionnaires.
