The Lee Kuan Yew School is a leading school of public policy with an international faculty and student body. CAG was established in 2006 to provide accurate, independent, and high-quality analysis on issues of regional and global significance for academia, decision-makers, commentators, and the general public. IPS is looking to hire a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Data Quality Management) for Social Lab. The appointed personnel will support the assist the Assistant Senior Manager to manage/support the Data/QC team’s day-to-day operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data. This role will be responsible for QC/data administration and support audit checks on survey fieldwork. It will provides opportunities to develop essential QC operations skills and gain exposure to advanced data processing and analysis.

How do we move from a 'me-first' to a 'we-first' society? How can deliberation and public participation strengthen social capital in Singapore?

The We-First Society Workstream at IPS Policy Lab is building Singapore's research and practice capacity in deliberation and public participation. We design, experiment, and study new approaches to citizen engagement – consensus conferences, citizens' assemblies, participatory budgeting – with the aim of strengthening social capital: bonding, bridging, and linking.

We are looking for a researcher who wants to contribute to advancing this work in Singapore.
