About the opportunity:
Equinox Impact Advisors is currently seeking an intern who is interested to work in the impact space and
is eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy, impact, and partnerships. As an
intern, you will be part of a core team working closely with Sattva’s leadership to grow our work in the
region and contribute to meaningful, on-the-ground change.
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will support a range of activities spanning market engagement, partnerships, and project
delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Engagement and Business Development:
● Supporting the development of Sattva’s visibility and brand by contributing to outreach,
ecosystem engagement, and communications.
● Assisting in the creation of thought leadership content, including ecosystem insights, articles,
briefs, and other publications.
● Helping prepare and structure sales proposals, decks, and pitch materials tailored for
stakeholders in Southeast Asia.
● Helping maintain and update stakeholder databases and support ongoing engagement efforts.
Project Delivery:
● Assisting in project delivery including coordinating and managing project timelines, tasks, and
deliverables across client engagements.
● Supporting communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
and delivery as per plan.
● Collaborating with project delivery teams to support problem-solving and project execution
efforts, which may include contributing to research and analysis work, including data collection,
synthesis of insights, and preparation of reports or presentations.
Key Qualifications:
We are ideally looking for early-career professionals who are passionate about impact and are seeking
practical experience in impact consulting. This role will give you exposure to strategy, business
development, and project execution, all within the impact space.

Preferred qualifications include:
● A degree from a reputable university in economics, social sciences, public policy, business
management, or related fields.
● Familiarity with Singapore and at least one other Southeast Asian country (e.g., Indonesia,
Malaysia, or the Philippines).
● Experience working on academic or professional projects that involved coordination across
stakeholders and ownership of outcomes.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Malay and/or Mandarin is a
plus.
Compensation:
The internship is paid, with compensation ranging from S$1,000 to S$1,500 per month, depending on the
candidate’s qualifications and experience.
