“Women in Leadership: Advancing Together” isn’t just a programme; it’s a platform for women to connect, learn from each other, and advance together as leaders, with the goal of promoting and supporting women’s leadership for a better future.
It is a flagship programme designed to empower and inspire women leaders to thrive in their roles and drive positive change in their organisation and community. Over the course of the programme, participants will explore a range of topics crucial to the success in their leadership journey.
From nurturing personal leadership and building a strong personal brand to leading teams and organisations with conviction, the programme covers essential leadership principles, effective communication strategies, and the importance of managing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Participants will also delve into making a meaningful impact and contributing to society by championing change for the 21st century, implementing transformative initiatives, and exploring the different facets of empowerment.
Throughout the programme, participants will have the opportunity to engage in panel discussions with accomplished women leaders from public, private and people sectors, gaining valuable insights, perspectives, and inspiration.
