About The Programme
“Women in Leadership: Advancing Together” isn’t just a programme; it’s a platform for women to connect, learn from each other, and advance together as leaders, with the goal of promoting and supporting women’s leadership for a better future.
It is a flagship programme designed to empower and inspire women leaders to thrive in their roles and drive positive change in their organisation and community. Over the course of the programme, participants will explore a range of topics crucial to the success in their leadership journey.
From nurturing personal leadership and building a strong personal brand to leading teams and organisations with conviction, the programme covers essential leadership principles, effective communication strategies, and the importance of managing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Participants will also delve into making a meaningful impact and contributing to society by championing change for the 21st century, implementing transformative initiatives, and exploring the different facets of empowerment.
Throughout the programme, participants will have the opportunity to engage in panel discussions with accomplished women leaders from public, private and people sectors, gaining valuable insights, perspectives, and inspiration.

Target Audience
- Aspiring women leaders who are keen to accelerate and excel in their careers
- Any individuals who are interested in pursuing personal growth and strengthening their leadership skills
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience (with or without people management experience)

Programme Dates
This programme will be held at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy from 23 – 26 September 2025 from 9am to 5pm.
Programme Fees
S$3,960* + 9% GST (Early Bird from now till 31 July 2025. Early Bird discount is also applicable to all LKY School Degree Programme/Executive Education Programme Alumni)
S$4,950* + 9% GST (Standard fee)
Group package: One complimentary place will be offered for every 3 participants paying the standard fee.
*Fee is inclusive of lunch, refreshments and learning support materials.
