(3 Weeks)

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

(Singapore Time)

About The Programme

As policymakers and stewards of public goods, public managers play an important role in ensuring sustainable development and urban liveability for their societies. This is a role that will become even more critical as countries across the world continue to grapple with the impacts of climate change and economic disruptions. The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy’s Senior Management Programme (SMP) is a three-week intensive learning experience that equips senior executives in government, corporate and non-profit organisations with the skills and sensibilities to be leaders and change agents in complex environments.

The programme also includes an immersive week-long overseas study trip that will allow participants to gain first-hand insights into policy and business best practices in Zurich, Switzerland. This will enhance your ability to develop policies and strategies that are innovative and resilient.

Informed by cutting-edge research and the experience of senior practitioners, this programme will provide participants with deep insights into the art and science of governance.
