About The Programme

Courts worldwide face unprecedented challenges: accelerating digital transformation, evolving public expectations, complex stakeholder demands and the need to maintain trust whilst adapting to rapid change. The Executive Leadership Programme for Court Administrators is a five-day intensive programme that equips senior court leaders with the strategic capabilities and practical tools needed to navigate these realities effectively.

Delivered in partnership with the Singapore Courts (SG Courts), this programme addresses the core competencies essential for modern court leadership: ethical decision-making frameworks, strategic innovation, process improvement, technology governance and stakeholder communication. The programme features distinguished faculty from government, academia and the judiciary, delivered through interactive workshops, practical exercises and structured peer learning.

The programme provides applicable frameworks and builds a global professional network, enabling participants to drive meaningful improvements in their institutions.

Learning Outcomes

The programme provides a unique opportunity for senior court officers and professionals worldwide to learn together, from the programme and from each other through the exchange of ideas and best practices, to become better leaders.  At the end of the programme, participants should be able to:

Target Audience

This programme is designed for senior court administrators and legal professionals who:

  • Currently hold or are preparing for leadership roles
  • Possess significant experience in court administration, case management, or judicial support services
  • Seek to enhance their strategic leadership capabilities and global perspective on court management

As the programme will be conducted in English, participants must be proficient in the language.
