  1. Amangeldiyev-Ardak
    After obtaining his degree in economics from Karaganda State University of Kazakhstan in 1996, Ardak Amangeldiyev joined Karaganda regional department of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, working as an officer. In 1997-2004 he worked at the headquarter of Ministry of Finance, participating in preparation of state budgets for several years, a number of fiscal and administrative reforms, devolving the fiscal system of the country. The last position was First Deputy Chief of the Treasury of Kazakhstan, where he was responsible for the management all budget resources. In 2004-2006 Ardak Amangeldiyev worked as a vice-minister of health and contributed to formulation and implementation vast reforms in this sector aimed at introducing new concepts and international standards into the system. In 2007-2011 he worked at the biggest national welfare company Samruk-Kazyna.

  2. Alok-Mohan
    Mr. Alok Mohan is the Additional Director General of Police (A three star General) in the Karnataka State, India with 25 years of public service. He has held many prestigious assignments at the state, national and international levels and is presently pursuing the Master in Public Management Programme as a Lew Kuan Yew fellow.

  3. Abdul-Hadi-Bin-Haji-Saim
    Abdul Hadi Saim is a former graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, United Kingdom and the Tentara Nasional Indonesia – Angkatan Darat Command and Staff College. As an infantry officer with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, he has held numerous key appointments ranging from operational command to training and staff appointments. His last operational command appointment was as a Commanding Officer of 1st Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force in 2006 prior to assuming the Staff Officer Grade 1 Personnel at the Ministry of Defence, Brunei Darussalam.
