Masood’s research interests include institutions and institutional theories, water policy and governance, reforms, foreign aid effectiveness, public administration.
His PhD research focuses on role of political institutions and government capacity on the effectiveness of foreign aid in improving access to clean drinking water.
Previous background includes working as an academic in Pakistan for 4 years. Masood has an MSc. in Computer Sciences from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, an MBA in Finance from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi and MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
