These different domains align with the &#8216;Protected Characteristics&#8217; under Singapore&#8217;s upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation that looks at implementing fair employment practices.<\/p>\n<h3><b>The DNA Approach<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Developed by researchers in IPS Social Lab, the DNA approach is an encompassing and methodologically driven framework that takes cue from the components of attitudes in social psychology \u2013 cognition, affective, and behavioural. The DNA approach will be instrumental in equipping individuals with practical skills and knowledge to foster racial sensitivity in their interactions.
