Our Inclusion Health Check is a comprehensive service designed to assess your organisation’s current state of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as perceived by employees. Using a combination of surveys, focus group discussions, and observational methods, we leverage on our research expertise to collect insights from all levels of your organisation and provide a detailed analysis of DEI-related challenges and opportunities.

  • Surveys

    Tailored surveys are distributed to employees at all levels to gather quantitative data on their perceptions and experiences related to DEI. The main purpose would be to understand broad trends and pinpoint areas of concern.
  • Focus Group Discussions

    Facilitated conversations with diverse groups across your organization, including leadership, employees, and marginalized groups. To dive deeper and gain qualitative insights into lived experiences and emotional responses.
  • Observations

    Observation of daily workplace interactions, practices, and leadership behaviors that may reflect DEI gaps. This is to assess organizational culture and inclusivity practices in action.
  • Report

    Report findings from the surveys, focus group discussions and observations will highlight areas of concern and recommendations from employees’ lived experience.
  • Customised Training Workshop

    Based on the report findings, the research team will design a training workshop addressing the areas of concern that have emerged. This workshop can serve as a trial before implementing training to more staff.
