The workshop aims to equip public service leadership with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks necessary to strengthen team cohesion and foster a more collaborative and effective organisational environment. By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed essential facilitation skills (e.g., active listening, conflict resolution, and neutrality), increased their confidence in handling challenging conversations, and learned strategies to manage group dynamics for constructive and productive outcomes.
By the end of the session, leaders will be able to develop an understanding of inclusive leadership, gain an understanding of unconscious bias and its influence on judgement and decision-making, gain an understanding of how Inclusive Leadership can enhance leadership effectiveness and organisational culture, and learn frameworks to create an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and respected.
