DEI Monitoring, Tracking and Evaluation

This DEI assessment is a broader overview of your organisation’s DEI maturity at the institutional level. We look at the structures in place and the degree to which best practices are incorporated. We identify four main factors that underlie DEI progress – scope of efforts, investment, equity and representation, recruitment and retention.
  • Diversity

    A collective mixture of differences and similarities (e.g., individual and organizational characteristics, values, beliefs, experiences, backgrounds, preferences, behaviors).
  • Equity

    Fair treatment and fair access to opportunity, information and resources for all while striving to identify and eliminate unfair biases, stereotypes or barriers that may inadvertently exclude underrepresented employees
  • Inclusion

    The achievement of a work environment where all individuals feel respected, accepted, supported and valued to the degree to which diverse individuals are able to participate in organization’s decisions.
