The Power of Diversity: Decoding Racial Biases at the Workplace (Students)

In today's diverse and interconnected world, understanding different racial and religious backgrounds is essential. Students from Institutes of Higher Learning are invited to join IPS RRIC for an engaging session of open discussions, interactive activities, and thought-provoking insights.

In this programme, students dive deep into important social issues and gain the skills to navigate culturally diverse contexts in the future. Youth participants who attend our workshop are poised to be pioneers of a more accepting and equitable society for all.
