PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Complex geopolitical, environmental and societal issues, as well as economic disruptions, have pushed today’s leaders to a new inflection point in policymaking. In a landscape as complex as this, those who need to lead change need to evolve their insights and skills with the times.

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy’s Senior Management Programme (SMP) is a three-week intensive learning experience that equips senior leaders with the skills and sensibilities to create opportunities and be change agents in the face of complexity and ambiguity.

The learning format includes interactive and foundational sessions that deep dive into complex adaptive systems such as societies, economies, and institutions. The programme also highlights an immersive week-long overseas study trip to Zurich, Switzerland that will allow participants to gain first-hand insights into policy and business best practices that will hone their ability to design innovative and resilient policies.
