About The Programme

In an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving global landscape, public managers play a crucial role in driving innovative policies and leading organisational change. Amidst developing technologies, economic disruptions and shifting societal expectations, effective leadership requires the ability to pioneer policies that can both anticipate and adapt.

Offered since 2006, the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy’s Senior Management Programme (SMP) is a three-week intensive learning experience designed to equip senior leaders with relevant skills to navigate complex situations and drive meaningful change.

The programme also features an immersive week-long overseas study trip to Zurich (Switzerland) to offer participants first-hand exposure to innovative public management practices. Through a combination of academic learning, site visits and exchange with practitioners, participants will gain fresh insights on developing adaptable strategies to address contemporary policy challenges.
