As His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said, “The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it, and execute it. It isn’t something you await, but rather create.” The Futures Masterclass: Foresight to Policy exemplifies the eponymous quote. It is a delightful experience that balanced theory and practice.
Ms. Cheryl Chung is a brilliant facilitator who sharpened the participants’ Futures Thinking. The rich dialogue between participants added to the insightful conversations. The futures project during the masterclass was an exhilarating time of creating.
The Futures Masterclass is great for those who are keen to strengthen their Futures Thinking expertise. The multi-stage processes are intuitive and easy to follow with hands-on exercises to bring the learning to life.
The trainers are very experienced and with regular coaching sessions to ensure we are progressing well. The on-demand videos are informative and integrated with live online lectures making it interactive and deepening our learning.
Colin Powell once said, “Effective leaders are made, not born”. The skillets taught in the training are highly transferable across sectors and disciplines. The training empowers leaders to become effective leaders by equipping you with the ability to empower people and the community towards a unified future.
The rigour in the training provided makes one walk out of the course an effective leader. A quick tip for future participants – walk into the course with an open-mind and trust the instructors, trust the process. And you will walk out feeling an enlightened leader.
