Assistant/Associate Professors in International Affairs
The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (National University of Singapore), a premier public policy institution in Asia, invites applications for full-time tenure track positions at the Assistant and Associate Professor level in International Relations/Comparative Politics. Candidates are expected to demonstrate evidence of a high level of competence in policy-relevant, theoretically sound, and empirically grounded research in International Relations/Comparative Politics, be inter-disciplinary in their orientation, and focused primarily on Asia. The School is interested in candidates with a strong commitment to publishing at the highest level and would particularly welcome applications with a demonstrated record of research excellence. As the School will launch a new 2-year Master in International Affairs (MIA) in 2017, we are keen to hire faculty who will contribute energetically to the new programme.
Candidates should possess the following: a PhD degree in the relevant discipline; have a commitment to research and teaching excellence; and an ability to engage with policy and research communities in Asia and around the world.
