Ms Chang Li Lin is Associate Director at the Institute of Policy Studies.
Ms Chang coordinates the external relations and outreach programmes of the institute. She also assists in fundraising for IPS and is responsible for the development and management of the IPS Corporate Associate Scheme (CAS).
Ms Chang assists the Chairman of IPS and the Director of the Institute in managing selected events and projects, and serves as the focal point for on-going cooperation with government agencies and international organisations.
Prior to her current appointment, Ms Chang was a Research Associate at the institute. In that capacity, she coordinated the institute's work in the area of international relations and international law. She has written on Singapore's bilateral relations with Malaysia, the United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement and UN Peacekeeping.
She has a Masters in International Relations from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology and International Relations from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom
