Profile

Varian Lim is a Research Analyst at IPS Social Lab.

Prior to joining IPS, Varian worked at the National Institute of Education as a research assistant, where he was involved in a project investigating the attention profiles of secondary school students.

He has other work experience in diverse areas such as the performing arts and events coordination.

Varian graduated from SIM University (UniSIM) with a first class honours in psychology. He was also awarded Best Experimental Research for his honours thesis at the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) Student Research Awards in 2012.
