Temporary Management Assistant Officer, (Corporate Services – HR) [3 months’ contract - with a potential option to extend for further 3 more months]

Job Purpose

To provide HR support on administrative staff matters. This ranges from recruitment, learning & development, communication sessions to wellness activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To assist in the recruitment process e.g. arranging interviews, preparing/ verifying documents, room bookings etc
  2. To assist in documentation process (e.g. timesheets) submitted by the Casual/ Temporary Staff, and prepare monthly summary reports for verification and approval.
  3. To assist in the admin/logistics arrangement of HR/ Staff Welfare activities/initiatives and follow up on training matters, e.g. obtaining training evaluation reports and updating/filing training records.
  4. Any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / A-levels certificate holder
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Has a good command of spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented and a team player 

(The NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is located 5-8 minutes’ walk from the Botanic Gardens MRT, which is served by the Circle and Downtown 2 MRT lines).
