Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeading and providing payroll support for employeeLeading and payroll processing and payment recordsRequesting payroll data from OFS an integrating the info with PaymasterManaging and ensuring accurate posting into payroll journals and accrual of specific pay itemsPreparing of analytical reports on staff cost mattersMaintains payroll staff job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Manpower planning and budgetingManage tax matters with IRASP-Card and Travel Card cost allocation admin and payment processingProcurement for HR-related functionPayment processing for RRF-related costsManaging all Withholding Tax methodProcessing of invoice
RequirementsPossess a Degree in Human Resource or related disciplinesPossess a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources or payroll for a corporationMeticulous and able to produce high-accuracy workStrong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skillsA good team player who is self-motivated and well organizedProficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in Accounting would be an advantageExperience with any payroll system software is preferred
