Job Summary:

You will be a member of the procurement team in Finance Department to assist on the Procurement activities in the School. This includes providing support and advice to end users on Procurement policies and processes, review Procurement submissions such as purchase requisition papers, requirement specification and recommendation reports submitted by end users. Other responsibilities include review of policies and processes, providing guidance to end users to develop contract specifications, performing data analytics and preparation of management reports (e.g. for presentation etc.)

This position is responsible for building, developing and leveraging the LKYSPP global alumni community, in support of the School's student, academic and business needs.

The role is part strategic, part community building, and part marketing. Relationship management, stakeholder management and cultivation of external partners and funders will be central to the role.

The Manager also serves as a liaison to the alumni community, drives engagement and enriches the experience of the community by integrating alumni across the School's many touchpoints.

IPS would like to appoint a Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst, on a two-year contract, at its Social Lab. This role will support the Head of the Social Lab in survey project management, conduct research and provide high-quality and rigorous analyses.


For the Senior Research Analyst role, candidates should have some leadership experience and a postgraduate degree in either the Social Sciences, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Statistics.

The selected candidate will perform quality control (QC) checks and audits on interviewers through various channels, and ensure data has been collected in accordance to project specifications. The candidate should have proven interpersonal and be competent in English and one or more of the following languages – Chinese, Malay or Tamil.
